All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays:
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. EOTW is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
EOTW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
